Quality mark ISAE 3402
Stater has been issued an ISAE 3402 Type II report providing (potential) customers insight into how we safeguard the quality of our services. KPMG tested the design, existence and functioning of the defined control measures and subsequently issued the ISEA report on the basis of those tests. With this report, we aim to provide our clients and their internal and external auditors with transparent insight into our services and procedures.
ISO/IEC 27001 Information security
Stater is among the first financial institutions in the Netherlands to receive the ISO/IEC 27001 certificate, guaranteeing the international standard required for information security. Customers are becoming more demanding and laws and regulations call for increasingly stricter requirements. Stater also requires certification from a quality perspective. Stater takes information security very seriously. We examine our own processes critically, but also listen to the wants and needs of our customers. With the Plan-Do-Check-Act cycle, we can continuously improve our information security. We can expose risks and with our uniform procedures we are able to set better priorities.
